Waste Connections, Inc. is currently looking for a Broker/Major Account Representative for our South-Central PA market area.  

Job Duties:

  • Selling brokered commercial waste and recycling removal and disposal services.
  • Preparing RFQ’s and pricing, calling existing broker customers, and utilizing /owning our Salesforce driven CRM tool, ARES.
  • Being the main point of contact for a current book of broker accounts.
  • Documenting existing customer concerns and working with other departments to satisfy customer requests for service.
  • 80% of this position will be spent in the office doing proposals and pricing, strategic planning, account management and team building.
  • 20% of this position will be spent in the territory preforming safety site visits and working with customer to solve site issues.
  • Secure Annual Net-Price Increase and Disposal Increases

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years outside sales/B2B experience preferred
  • Solid Waste industry experience a plus, not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Reliable transportation
