Responsibilities
Parts and Inventory Assistant
Silverthorne, Colorado
PAY:
- $20.00 -$25.00 per hour.
- Working 50-55 hours a week.
- Every hour after 40 is paid overtime.
- This position is eligible for *** Safety Bonuses ***
- *** $3,000 Stay-on Bonus! ***

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct self in an appropriate and safe manner, in accordance with District Safety policies.
- Administer and maintain parts and supplies inventories utilizing company maintenance tracking software and other various systems.
- Perform annual and monthly stock inventories as directed utilizing company maintenance software data entry and reconciliation.
- Purchase and track all maintenance parts, goods and services as directed.
- Administer and maintain company warranty program and tracking through maintenance tracking software.
- Stocks shelves clean and maintain maintenance facility to insure a safe and orderly work area in accordance with all District / Company requirements.
- Research parts through parts manuals, OEM, and vendor interaction.
- Perform clerical duties as required.
- Loading and unloading of parts and supplies from company, vendor, or delivery vehicles.
- Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts and supplies as needed.
- Perform annual and monthly stock inventories as directed utilizing company maintenance software data entry and reconciliation.
- Purchase and track all maintenance parts, goods and services as directed.
- All other job-related duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
- Work environment will mostly be indoors in the shop. May be outdoors at times or on the road
- Noise level is usually moderate.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
- Basic knowledge of truck components in order to process parts inventory & order records.
