The Position:

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join the Penn Waste team in Manchester, PA.  

Job Duties:

Answer phone calls and emails from customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Respond to customer correspondence that we receive by mail.

  • Answer billing questions.
  • Process payments.
  • Process the mail.

Data entry for:

  • New customers
  • Cancelling customers
  • Changes in service
  • Work orders
  • Other job duties as assigned

  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.

Requirements:

  • Must work well under pressure to meet billing and month end close deadlines.
  • Must be available to work overtime as needed – to include evenings and occasionally Saturdays.
