Summary:  Manage retention activities of assigned accounts by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers. Negotiate and complete renewal agreements within established guidelines and pricing.

Represent Penn Waste at trade association meetings and outside events to promote products and services.

Participate in outside groups meetings and functions to promote Penn Waste products and service.

May assist with other sales and account management responsibilities in the delivery of presentations to key clients.

  • 3-5 years account management and sales field experience required.
  • Sales, B to B experience preferred.
  • Maintains professionalism at all times
  • Extremely high energy; must be able to be a professional cheerleader for our sales team and be able to motivate them
  • Must be able to, and have a burning desire to, close the deal
  • Ability to work independently
