Data Entry/CSR

Key tasks:
- Serve as single point of contact for all internal and external customers (new and existing)
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email for questions related to waste and recycling services, including scheduling and pick up
- Analyze account activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to the customer
- Maintain appropriate files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and internal controls
- Work closely with AR to resolve customer short pay issues & correct account information so billing is accurate
- Respond to customer inquiries – via phone and email and resolve customer billing problems through account corrections
- Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints
We are busy, but a fun place to work. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will field a high volume of calls and emails consistently and respond with your speedy data entry, excellent call quality, and proficient Microsoft Office skills.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of customer service/billing /office admin experience
- High-volume call center or inbound calling experience
- Pleasant demeanor over the phone and emails
- Accurate data entry skills & customer service skills
- Excellent time management, Analytical and prioritization skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, TRUX, ARES
- Written and Oral communication skills
- Critical and logical thinking skills
